Our latest work review and this is how the issue was resolved.
Customer called in with odours within the house.
Investigation via cctv showed defective drainage which had dropped around 75%
Drain excavated and replaced.
The CCTV showed approx 4 inches of waste through 5sq meters under the subfloor after the pan connector came off under the pressure with the blockage of wipes on the original defect.
Access to the subfloor was granted and a tanker to assist with waste removal from under the subfloor.
Washed, disinfected and bleached removing all wastewater and sewerage.
Re Boarded access.
Special shout out to all the trades involved.
Customers Father who is a joiner and made the access which made the job so much easier saving time and costs to the customer.
Shift it – for the tanker support assisting with the draw off of the waste and wastewater under the subfloor. Team work makes the dream work.
