Customer called in this afternoon with a blocked toilet.
This blocked toilet was in a house that was sheltered living. The tenants were starting to become distressed due to their disabilities.
We arrived onsite and put the tenant at ease immediately then got to work.
30 minutes later the problem was solved and everyone was over the moon.
