Toilet pipe boxed in behind a beautiful £20k kitchen.
Option 1. Attempt a trenchless repair on the pipe where rodents had eaten through the pipe and made their way into the cavity and eventually the loft space driving the homeowners around the bend.
Option 2. Remove the kitchen and excavate Internally to complete the repair.
Luckily option 1 was the best option and achieved the result with a life expectation of at least 15 years this has to be a win.
