These vehicles are called city flex’s.
They are owned & operated by United Utilities.
The city flex is a great bit of robust inner city kit that can tackle small and large issues within the public sewer network across the North West of England.
Today the city flex and team have been carrying out investigation surveys to locate the discharge points of an industrial estate in Preston.
Flood Prevention and pro-active works are great to see.
Now…. how about some bigger drains, sewers and treatment/bath plants, please
